Once the rig reaches the site, we kindly request an advance payment of ₹1,00,000
before starting the drilling job.
If the drilling crosses 1000 feet, an additional payment of
₹50,000 is required on-site to continue operations.
After the drilling job is completed, the full and final payment must be made at the site. Please
note, we do not support credit payments of any kind.
In the event we encounter boulders, silt, or loose sand while drilling, we cannot guarantee the
continuity or quality of drilling. If conditions become extreme, our team may need to halt the job
for safety and equipment protection.
If air passage issues arise during drilling, and conditions are not suitable to proceed, we may stop
the drilling process immediately.
Go-Torq provides a 10-day service guarantee after job completion. We request you to
report any concerns within this period.
If loose sand or silt is detected in the water-bearing zone, installing a filter pipe is
mandatory to ensure proper functionality and water flow.
